Video Shows Man Ramming Truck Into Sheriff’s Department Vehicles In DenairThe Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office released new video of a man having a mental health emergency. He’s accused of intentionally driving into a sheriff’s department command post. Deputies responded to a call of the suicidal man and the 39-year-old appeared to be armed with a rifle and a knife and tell us they tried to de-escalate, but he did not surrender and left his home driving a pickup truck over 100 miles per hour into the command post. Deputies were able to run to safety in a nearby orchard and none of the deputies were hurt.

Man Suspected Of Stealing Catalytic Converters Shot By Security Guard In SalidaPrivate security officers confronted the man at a school in Salida and tried to arrest him. He got away, got into his truck and allegedly dragged a security guard. Fearing for their lives, one of the guards shot at the suspect before the suspect ran off into an orchard. He later showed up at the hospital to be treated for a gunshot wound. He faces grand theft and assault charges.

Her second family was at the place where she worked for seven years. Roseville police say Johnnie Jordan, 48, walked into the House of Oliver restaurant on Monday and shot and killed Joga.
Turlock Man Accused Of Twice Setting Fire To Home With Kids InsideA Turlock man is behind bars, accused of trying to start a home on fire. Police say he targeted the home once in May and again in June. After the second incident, a Turlock PD detective identified the suspect as J.D. Dwaine Lucas, 37, of Turlock. He was located and taken into custody without incident.
Northern California Skydiver Facing Charges After Allegedly Giving Unauthorized CoursesA Northern California skydiver is facing criminal charges after they allegedly gave unauthorized courses. Forty–six-year-old Robert Allen Pooley faces four charges of wire fraud and two counts of aggravated identity theft as fed say he force the signature pretending he still had a teaching certificate. His credentials were suspended in 2015. A skydiving instructor he reportedly gave lessons to died a year later in a tandem jump along with an 18-year-old.
City Of Modesto Forced To Freeze Nearly 24 JobsThe city of Modesto is being forced to freeze nearly two dozen emergency responder positions to balance its budget. The council is expected to approve the $87 million budget during the meeting tonight. With revenues falling short, vacant jobs, including two fire department and 10 in the police department. The city’s interim fire chief says because the positions are currently vacant, the public will not see reduction in services.
Woman Killed, Child Injured In Rancho Murieta Car CrashA woman was killed while driving after she over-corrected and her car left the road. It then overturned, throwing her and a child also in the car free of the vehicle. She died, but the child is said to be OK, the CHP says. Neither the woman nor the child were wearing restraints.
