His 10th studio album, Donda, has yet to be released, but has already garnered millions from tickets and in-person merchandise sales, according to sources.

And Kanye West is raking in the dough as he’s reportedly earned ‘about $7million’ from merchandise sales and ticketed events despite the album not even being accessible for purchase.

Billboard reported that fans are paying anywhere from $25-$100 per ticket to his livestream events, which drew 42,000 attendees to his first experience at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz stadium.

A second event featuring an updated version of the album broke Apple Music’s livestream records with 5.4million viewers.

The publication estimated his Atlanta listening parties grossed ‘between $1.5-$2.7million’ each for the rapper.

In addition to the publicity for his un-released work, his impressive catalog of music has been highly sought after with U.S. streams rising 37% in a 22-day period between listening parties.

The streams likely garnered ‘an additional $350,000 in income on top of what the prior period had brought in.’

West is heading to Chicago on Thursday night for the third — and reportedly final — listening party before releasing the album named after his late mother.

And he’s set to continue his unique theatrics by reportedly recreating his childhood home on Soldier Field as multiple tweets taken inside the venue (seen on accounts including Modern Notoriety and West Sub Ever), which is the home to the NFL’s Chicago Bears, show a replica of the home being constructed on the field.

The star purchased the abode for $225,000 last year, and recently took every photo off of his Instagram account, except for an image of the house, although he has since changed his account and removed the home.

Soldier Field will also have 1,500 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine on hand a spokesperson for the stadium told TMZ on Wednesday.

The doses are split between the two-jab Pfizer and one-jab Johnson & Johnson vaccines for the listening party on Thursday.

The site was told that anyone who received the first dose of Pfizer – which just received full FDA approval – officials from the Chicago Department of Health will be on-site to set up appointments for the second dose.

One thing to note, however, is it is not Kanye himself pushing the inoculations but it is ASM Global Management – who run Soldier Field – along with the City of Chicago.

Kanye, 44, is also not requiring attendees to be vaccinated or test negative for COVID-19 like other major cities have required.

Weeks ago vaccinations were made available at the All Of The Lights hitmaker’s last listening party in Atlanta, but only four out of 40,000 people received the jab.

The Grammy-winner’s manager Bu Thiam said on Instagram that the rapper is ‘absolutely’ set to release the record.

An Apple Music listing for the album has its release slated for Friday, August 27.

West has held two listening events for the album at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, both to massive numbers, with respective totals of 3.3 million and 5.4 million people streaming the events on Apple Music.

West’s friend, Ameer Sudan, told Billboard last week that fans should ‘expect a more detailed show on a whole other level,’ as West has enlisted Balenciaga creative director Demna Gvasalia to direct the event, and videographer Nico Ballesteros to film it.

West’s estranged wife Kim Kardashian listened to an incarnation of the album as she was seen driving in a clip on Instagram Stories this weekend, with the track names reading, Donda MIX TEST.06_06.

Kim Kardashian, 40, who shares four kids with West — daughters North, eight, and Chicago, three, and sons Saint, five, and Psalm, two — remains ‘on great terms’ with the musical artist about six months after she filed for divorce this past February, a source told Entertainment Tonight.

‘Although they are going through a divorce, the couple still spend time together alone, or with their kids,’ the insider told the outlet. ‘Kanye lives mostly out of LA, but when he’s in town they make it a priority to meet up.

‘Kim has had the children lately since Kanye has been working on the album … but co-parenting has been going well for the couple.’

A lawyer for the rapper filed a petition to change Kanye’s name from his birth name of Kanye Omari West to Ye, according to The Blast.

Kanye cited ‘personal’ reasons behind his decision to change his name in legal documents, however did not provide any other details.

The rapper, who has used the moniker as a nickname for years, named his eighth studio album Ye and even goes by the abbreviated title on Twitter.

The filing was done in Los Angeles, according to TMZ, which claimed Kanye’s request would be approved by a judge considering the rules surrounding name changes in the state of California. Judges ordinarily approve name changes so long as no evidence exists that the new moniker will be used to commit fraud.

The legal filing may not come as a surprise to die hard Kanye fans, who will probably remember the rapper wanting to be referred to as Ye back in 2018.

In a tweet, the rapper declared at the time: ‘The being formally known as Kanye West. I am YE.’
